We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully.
1) Returns & Replacements
- A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- You can raise your request by emailing us at support@nosedivestudio.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8926137879.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the pickup and return process via call, WhatsApp, or email.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products (like wearables, personal-use items, or open packaging) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Such product categories will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2) Shipping Charges
- In case of returns due to customer preference (size, color, etc.), shipping charges (both forward and return) will be deducted at actuals from the refund.
- In cases where the return is due to a defect, wrong item received, or transit damage, we will bear the return shipping cost entirely.
3) Exchange Process
- Once the return is approved, the existing order will be collected and inspected.
- Upon successful inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- You may then place a fresh order for your desired product.
(Note: Direct exchanges are not processed automatically; refunds are issued first to ensure transparency.)
4) Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the returned item being received and verified at our facility.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned item being received and verified.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD), depending on feasibility.
5) Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled; however, it can be processed as a return after delivery (as per the above policy).
- If a cancellation is made after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted before refunding the remaining amount.
6) Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please share photos or videos of the product and outer packaging with us on support@nosedivestudio.in or WhatsApp +91 8926137879 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our quality team will verify and arrange a free pickup or replacement depending on availability.
7) Important Notes
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
- For safety and hygiene, certain categories (like personal-use accessories, crash-protection gear, etc.) may be non-returnable.
