We strive to deliver your Crashmate products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1) Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next working day.
- You’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, along with your tracking details.
2) Delivery Timelines
The delivery time depends on your location and courier partner availability.

3) Shipping Partners
We have tied up with trusted national courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We select the best available service for your pin code at the time of dispatch.
4) Multiple Shipments
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability. In such cases, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
5) Shipping Charges
- We charge a nominal shipping fee based on the total weight, volume, and delivery location of your order.
- Final shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain value (as indicated on the website).
6) Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/WhatsApp message containing the tracking number and courier partner details.
- You can track your package directly via the courier’s website or through your “My Orders” section on our site.
- If you face any tracking or delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
7) Delays or Delivery Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Unreachable phone number
- Weather conditions, strikes, or natural disruptions
- Courier or logistic delays beyond our control
In such cases, our support team will do their best to coordinate and resolve the issue promptly.
